Spottiswoode Street
At Spottiswoode, Roof Restorers installed a new roof with some great features at the front. Roof Restorers also installed a TPO Enviroclad section at the front of the house on those flat sections, continuous guttering, fascia, and soffit. The fascia had a small, stained glass window detailing which adds character to the house. The TPO Enviroclad and continuous guttering ensure the roof remains waterproof in Dunedin’s unpredictable weather and works in the with colouring of the house. Roof Restorers also did all the gutters, giving this home a real update and protection from any downpours.
